I’m the heart behind Beyond the Belly Doula Services here in Kelowna. I’m a birth and postpartum doula—but really, I’m just a mom who knows how much a little extra support can mean when you’re welcoming a new baby.
For the past few years, I’ve had the joy of walking alongside families through those early, messy, beautiful moments—answering questions, calming nerves, and helping parents feel confident and cared for. My approach is simple: down-to-earth, gentle, and practical. Kind of like having a knowledgeable friend by your side who gets it.
When I’m not supporting families, I’m usually with my own or soaking up the Okanagan sunshine.
