Hey! I’m Kristi, and I am a trauma-informed birth + postpartum doula in the beautiful ancestral and unceded territories of the Syilx/Okanagan peoples. I am a mother of two young boys and a practicing clinical counsellor with nearly 10 years of experience working with mental health, trauma and addictions. I understand that birth is a transformative experience and your goals/wishes should be the forefront of that journey. No matter your goals, wishes or expectations, I strive to provide you with the support and space you need to experience an empowered birth with your mental wellness in mind. All folx are welcome in my practice, no matter how you identify or your background.
