I am a retired registered nurse and midwife, now offering in-home postpartum doula services to the Central and North Okanagan.    

A new baby is so special, but sometimes caring for a newborn can be overwhelming on multiple levels for a new parent.  New family duties are suddenly at full tilt both day and night, at a time when a new mothers’ energy is going through a major emotional and physiological readjustment.  My role as your postpartum doula is to assist and guide you and your family through your unique growth and learning evolution, with maximum ease and comfort, and minimal stress for all.
