I'm a certified postpartum doula and a birth trauma-informed support person serving Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country.  I'm excited to support any family that feels a connection with me.  I do have a focus on postpartum mood and anxiety disorders and traumatic birth.  I would love to be a part of your postpartum transition!
